A specialty of the Calabrian tradition. It is a soft mixture of pork meat flavored with hot chilli  and naturally smoked with beech wood. Simply spread it on bread, or bruschetta, or you can use it on pizza or as an ingredient for delicious sauces. It is one of the most sought after typical Calabrian cold cuts.
